Project summary
Zhongbo supplied 1.6 mm hot-dip galvanized steel wire with 345–495 MPa tensile strength and 200 g/m² zinc coating to a Vietnamese electric wire and cable manufacturer for product evaluation and cable-production use. The cooperation progressed through specification review, sample evaluation and an initial purchasing stage.
Buyer requirement
The customer required a 1.6 mm galvanized steel wire sample and initial quantity for evaluation against its production and quality requirements — covering diameter and tolerance, tensile strength of 345–495 MPa, zinc-coating mass of 200 g/m² and adhesion, surface condition, coil handling, packing and supporting test documents.
Qualification process
The cooperation followed a practical new-supplier qualification path: Zhongbo reviewed the buyer’s application and requirements, confirmed a 1.6 mm specification with 345–495 MPa tensile strength and 200 g/m² zinc coating for sampling, prepared and supplied samples for customer-side evaluation with quality and packing documentation, and then moved to an initial purchasing stage.
Measurable result
The documented commercial progression was technical review → sample supply → customer evaluation → initial purchasing. No statement about repeat orders, tonnage, delivery speed or claim history is added until verified from internal records.
