Quality Control and Supply Qualification
Zhongbo applies quality in two ways. For its own steel wire and steel strip, quality is controlled in-house through the production process and batch testing. For supplied cable and metal materials, Zhongbo qualifies the source, confirms documentation and can arrange independent inspection.
In-house manufacturing quality control
For Zhongbo-manufactured galvanized steel wire and steel strip, quality is controlled across wire drawing, annealing, hot-dip galvanizing, coating control and finishing — with in-process checks and batch testing of diameter, tensile strength, elongation, zinc-coating mass, adhesion and surface condition, documented on a mill test certificate.

For supplied cable materials and metal materials, Zhongbo does not manufacture the goods. Instead it confirms the manufacturer or mill, material grade, origin and applicable standard, provides the batch documentation from the source, and can arrange third-party or buyer-appointed inspection before shipment.
