Inside Our Galvanizing Factory
Zhongbo runs dedicated hot-dip galvanizing lines for steel wire and steel strip — from wire drawing and annealing to the zinc pot, coating control and finishing. Here's a look at both.
Galvanized Steel Wire Production
Galvanized Steel Strip Production
Rod to finished coil, in-house
Zhongbo controls every stage of steel wire and strip production on its own lines — so diameter, coating and strength stay consistent, and each step is documented for the mill test certificate.
Wire Drawing
Steel rod is drawn down to exact diameters (Ø 0.12–12.5 mm) with controlled tolerance.
Annealing & Surface Prep
Controlled annealing, acid pickling and fluxing give a clean, consistent surface before coating.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
A ceramic zinc pot with nitrogen wiping lays down heavy, uniform zinc coating.
Coating Control
Coating mass (g/m²) and uniformity are checked in-line and set to the ordered class.
Testing & Inspection
Diameter, tensile strength, elongation, coating mass and adhesion are verified per batch.
Coiling & Export Packing
Rewinding to coils, spools or carriers, then sea-freight packing for export.
Every stage is checked and documented. See how we control and prove quality:
