Tensile Strength
Choose a named grade with a controlled tensile window: a formable grade at about 450–600 MPa for tying and manually formed details, or a high-tensile grade at about 1160–1510 MPa for tensioned trellis line wire (see the grade table above). Minimum breaking load is confirmed once the exact diameter and cross-sectional area are defined, and for high-tensile wire we also confirm elongation, wrapping/bend performance and coil cast for your tensioning equipment.

We show actual coil dimensions rather than one generic claim — nominal unit weight, inside/outside diameter, winding style, number of coils per bundle/pallet, label language and rust/moisture protection. For high-tensile wire we secure the coil ends and provide safe unwinding instructions.

We do not claim that every diameter and coating automatically complies with every standard. Every batch is produced under an ISO 9001 quality management system and can ship with a mill test certificate covering diameter, tensile strength and zinc-coating weight. Third-party or pre-shipment inspection (SGS, BV or customer-appointed) is available on request.

Frequently asked questions
Should I choose formable or high-tensile vineyard wire?
Use a formable grade for tying or parts bent on site, and a validated high-tensile grade for tensioned line wire. Confirm your tensioning method and required breaking load.
Is Zn-Al coating available?
Yes as an option; we confirm the exact alloy composition and coating mass with production before quoting, and can point you to the Zn-Al product.
Can you supply long coils?
Yes, subject to diameter, unit weight and winding equipment. State the required length or net weight and your pay-off method.
How long will the wire last outdoors?
There is no universal service life — coating mass, environment, chemicals, installation damage and maintenance all affect corrosion performance.
