Tensile Strength
Confirmed tensile runs about 320–500 MPa; mesh weavers usually hold a narrower band within that to balance wire strength with crimping and weaving formability. Elongation, cast/helix and weldability are added when measured, and a trial spool is recommended so pay-off, crimping/weaving, break rate and finished-mesh geometry can be evaluated before a bulk order.
Features
- Fine diameter and ovality control
- Formable mechanical condition for weaving/crimping
- Uniform galvanized surface with controlled coating
- Stable cast/helix and precision spool pay-off
- Custom sizes and spool formats for mesh equipment
- Batch inspection and trial-spool support
Packaging & Shipping
We build a spool matrix — flange, barrel, traverse, bore, net weight and winding — and protect fine-wire ends with clean, dry packing that avoids flange damage, stating whether level winding is standard.
- Small precision spools
- DIN or customer weaving reels
- Larger converter reels where feasible
- Palletized cartons or crates with moisture barrier
Use cases
- Woven filter mesh and fine screens
- Industrial wire cloth
- Fine welded mesh where the grade/coating is suitable
- Protective screens and converter products requiring fine galvanized wire
Who it is for
Wire-mesh weavers, filter-media manufacturers, screen converters, welding plants and industrial wire distributors.
Standards, certificates & inspection
Your wire and finished-mesh process requirements control; general wire and coating standards govern the test methods, and any national fine-wire standard (for example GB/T 343) is named only after its edition and scope are confirmed. We supply input wire and make no finished-filter micron-rating, pressure-drop, aperture or food/medical claim. Every batch is produced under an ISO 9001 quality management system and can ship with a mill test certificate covering diameter, tensile strength and zinc-coating weight. Third-party or pre-shipment inspection (SGS, BV or customer-appointed) is available on request.
See test reports & inspection and quality control & testing for the full documentation.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the general mesh-weaving wire page?
It focuses on 0.15–1.0 mm fine wire, precision spool feed and filter/screen conversion; the two pages are cross-linked.
Can you supply a narrow tensile range?
Yes, subject to production confirmation — send the weaving process, aperture/wire diameter and target tensile/elongation.
Which galvanizing process is used?
Electro or hot-dip by approved size and required coating mass; fine diameters can have different process limits.
Is Zhongbo selling finished filter mesh?
Not on this page — it is wire feedstock unless a separate finished-mesh line is verified.
