Tensile Strength
Confirmed tensile runs about 925–1200 MPa: strong enough to form and clinch without flattening or buckling, yet not so brittle that it fractures during bending. We tune a machine-grade window within that range for your stitcher, and include bending or stitch-forming validation where possible so the grade is proven the way it is actually used.
Features
- Tight diameter tolerance for consistent staple/stitch size
- Controlled tensile grade for cutting, forming and clinching
- Smooth galvanized surface and low feeding friction
- Stable cast/helix and precision level winding
- Custom spool dimensions for common stitching equipment
- Trial spools and batch inspection documents
Packaging & Shipping
We build a spool matrix by machine family — flange diameter, barrel, traverse, bore, net weight, winding direction, wire end, carton quantity and pallet — rather than quoting one broad weight range. Flanges are protected and the wire kept clean and dry.
- Small bookbinding/stitching spools
- Medium carton-stitcher spools
- Large converter reels where the machine accepts them
- Private-label cartons/pallets after packaging approval
Use cases
- Corrugated carton and box stitching
- Book and magazine binding
- Packaging staple and stitch formation
- Industrial stitching equipment using approved round wire
Who it is for
Corrugated packaging plants, carton-stitcher users, bookbinding suppliers, staple-wire converters and packaging distributors.
Standards, certificates & inspection
Your stitching-machine maker’s wire specification is the primary requirement; general wire test methods support diameter, tensile, bend and coating checks, and any national stitching-wire standard is named only after its edition and scope are confirmed. We do not claim compatibility with every machine brand without trials. Every batch is produced under an ISO 9001 quality management system and can ship with a mill test certificate covering diameter, tensile strength and zinc-coating weight. Third-party or pre-shipment inspection (SGS, BV or customer-appointed) is available on request.
See test reports & inspection and quality control & testing for the full documentation.
Frequently asked questions
Which stitching machines are compatible?
We confirm machines against a defined wire grade and spool; otherwise send the machine model, wire diameter and spool drawing.
Which tensile grade should I choose?
Use your stitcher or converter’s requirement and validate cutting, forming and clinching on the actual machine.
What spool sizes are available?
We work from a verified spool matrix rather than a broad weight range.
Can you provide a trial spool?
Yes — a trial lets you evaluate feed, cut, stitch shape, clinch and break rate.
