Tensile Strength
Confirmed feedstock runs about 600–900 MPa. Tensile must support stable feeding and shaving without excessive brittleness or deformation, but a converter often cares more about hardness, microstructure, surface decarburization, inclusions and practical shaving yield — so we publish what we can test or control and recommend a trial coil before a bulk order.

Your pay-off and shaving line determine the coil format. We state coil ID/OD/height, net weight, winding style, end location, number of joins and surface protection, and avoid packaging contamination that could transfer into cleaning-pad production.

Standards, certificates & inspection
A buyer-specific feed-wire specification controls, and a converter shaving trial is often the key evidence rather than a generic wire standard. We supply wire feedstock, not the finished pad, and make no food, medical or cookware safety claim for the finished product. Every batch is produced under an ISO 9001 quality management system and can ship with a mill test certificate covering diameter, tensile strength and zinc-coating weight. Third-party or pre-shipment inspection (SGS, BV or customer-appointed) is available on request.

Not by default — we treat a bright/uncoated or process-specific surface as standard until your order confirms otherwise.
